Near or Far the Tories are quite dangerous.
In our local area and noted in these pages, there is a record that the Tories cull trees including Oak. These are the natural inheritance that belongs to us all. So as I write this the future of the England’s Forests are on a blade edge, as the Creagh for the Labour Party acts in Parliament to pull back these Forests from passing away, to become the property of a few and no longer our Countries inheritance. How dare they act in this way.
I understand from the reports, for instance in the Independent that this will cost the Tax Payer 2.2million pounds to have our inheritance snatched away. HOW DARE THEY.

Inheritance is the key: As I watched the latest piece of bad news from the Tory/Lib-dem coalition unfold (seems to be almost a daily occurance of dreadful decision making) I was puzzled by why the government would want to push through such a ridiculously unpopular policy of selling all our forests to private owners. The forestry commission and national trust have already stated they don’t have the money, community groups would neither have the money nor the time and experience to handle such large projects so it must be just private owners left to sell to-so why would they do this at such a huge cost to the tax-payer with a relatively small monetary gain to the government?-having looked a bit deeper I think I found my answer: whoever purchases our forests will be able to pass them on as an inheritance tax-free. so there it is-just another little tax-free haven for a wealthy individual or company.
If Cameron wants a big society maybe he should make big companies become more society minded-after all they’re making their profits from us-here’s an alternative: companies like boots and vodaphone could fund the national trust to help preserve and manage our public forests in exchange for the billions they’re not paying in uk corporation tax by having their HQ’s as a post box in switzerland!
These forests are a sanctuary for the little wildlife we have left in the UK and I fear for their survival when the talk of profit rears it’s ugly head.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see tory buddies countryside alliance take a sudden interest-they could clear the land ,charge the chelsea tractor drivers £50 to attend a game fair and promote the return of fox hunting! My worst nightmare!
